6f6d37e4d7 Also allow rect to go out of screen at the bottom
Otherwise some gaps at the very bottom are extremely hard to get.

yes, this "state machine" should be realized by a gamescreen and
introscreen class.

Should be 2 commits, but untangling it is a bit hard
